Returns Policy

All items are custom made to your specific requirements (allowing for a 1cm tolerance), therefore are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty. I have created measuring guides to help you measure, please measure carefully and double check measurements before ordering, please ask if you are unsure about anything.

If your item is damaged during transit please contact me as soon as possible so I can arrange a refund or replacement. If the packaging is damaged and you are required to sign for it, please write ‘received damaged’ when signing. Please provide photographs of the packaging and any other damage to help me arrange compensation from the courier.

It is important to me that you are happy with your order; however should the items not meet your expectations, please contact me asap to discuss.
